We have no way of changing your ticket type, date, or arrival times, however, subject to availability, you can re-purchase the tickets you would like and we can then refund your original order. Please email us at harvestsupport@glowgardens.com once you have made your new purchase to request your refund!
Please make sure the new date/time/ticket type for the event you want to attend is available and reply to this email if you'd like us to refund your original order.

If you purchased your original order with a promo code, the promo cannot be applied to the new tickets.
We cannot transfer purchases under any circumstances once the date the ticket was issued for has passed.
